The Landscape Within

I am Idan, an artistic photographer. I do not document reality — I deconstruct it, reconstruct it, and invite you to dive into it through different eyes. Each image I create is a gateway: to inner silence, to fluid time, to memory rising from the shadows.

Photography, for me, is a language. It is not a frozen moment, but a continuous movement of observation. Through multiple exposure, long exposure, and layers of light, I build a new reality — one that exists between line and stain, between landscape and memory, between the outer and the inner.

My landscapes are not landscapes. They are echoes. Layers of time, forgotten lines, lingering marks, captured motion. Each image is born from a living space, from a real moment, from a deep connection to the field — yet it rises above it, detaches, and invites the viewer on a personal, intimate, ever-changing journey.

I strive to create images that challenge the familiar, that compel the eye to pause, to question, to feel. Each exposure is an opening to new interpretation. Each layer is another story. Each viewing is a beginning.
